Application check and telephone interview
Our HR team will review your application in consultation with the specialist department. If the first impression is favourable and you are suitable for the position, you will receive an invitation to an initial telephone interview.
Examination by the department
After the interview, our HR experts consult with the relevant department and collect feedback.
Personal dialogue on site
You will get to know us personally in an on-site interview and gain a first impression of us and our office. It is important to us that it is a ‘match’, especially on a personal level. If everything fits, we will also invite you to a get-to-know-you lunch with the whole team.
