What does Ampere Dynamic not do?
Ampere Dynamic specialises in the planning, implementation and operation of solar systems and the provision of associated services such as consulting and financing.
Other energy systems without photovoltaic connection: We specialise exclusively in solar systems. We offer services for other types of energy systems in combination with a solar installation or coordinate the implementation with selected partners.
Private systems: Our expertise lies mainly in the realisation of large-scale solar power plants for industrial and commercial customers with higher energy requirements.
Retail sales of solar accessories: We do not sell individual parts or accessories for photovoltaic systems.

How long will it take for my solar systems to amortise?
The amortisation period of a solar energy system depends on various factors, such as the size of the system, the investment costs, the savings in energy costs and government subsidies. On average, our systems amortise within 4-6 years. However, this period can vary depending on individual circumstances.
During a consultation, we can discuss your specific circumstances and provide you with more precise information.
How environmentally friendly are solar systems?
Solar systems are extremely environmentally friendly as they generate clean, renewable energy from sunlight without causing harmful emissions. By utilising solar energy, solar systems actively contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and minimising environmental pollution.
What happens to my photovoltaic system at the end of its service life?
At the end of their service life, photovoltaic systems can be recycled and the materials reused. This includes in particular the recovery of raw materials such as silicon, aluminium and glass used in the solar modules. Recycling prevents valuable resources from being wasted and helps to reduce the ecological footprint.
How does a solar system affect the value of my property?
A solar system can significantly increase the value of your property by increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy costs in the long term. Studies show that properties with solar systems generally achieve a higher sales price.
Which roof surfaces are suitable for the construction of a photovoltaic system?
In principle, all roof surfaces are suitable for the construction of a photovoltaic system, but there are certain criteria that make the construction of a solar system particularly attractive.
The roof area should be large enough to support the desired output of the photovoltaic system. In addition, no major obstacles or large trees should obstruct direct access to the sun. The inclination and orientation of the photovoltaic system also play a special role.
The roof should be in good condition and have sufficient load-bearing capacity for the installation of the solar modules and mounting systems. However, even if the load-bearing capacity is limited, special lightweight modules can be used to increase the corresponding efficiency.
From what roof area is a solar system worthwhile? Does a certain level of self-consumption have to be achieved?
In principle, there is no fixed minimum size of roof area above which a solar energy system is worthwhile, as this depends heavily on local conditions and the specific needs of the customer.
However, the higher the self-consumption and the higher the energy costs, the faster your solar system will amortise.
As part of our consultation, we offer you a profitability calculation to determine the optimum size and design of the solar system for your needs and ensure that the investment pays off in the long term.
How much will I get for my solar power in 5-10 years?
In order to make a concrete forecast for the feed-in tariff in 5-10 years, various factors must be taken into account, including political decisions on subsidies, the development of the energy markets and technological advances in the field of solar technology.
Project process
What does Ampere Dynamic do before a contract is signed? What are the first steps?
Before a mutual contract is concluded, we focus on the following steps:
Needs analysis and consultation: We carry out a detailed analysis of your requirements and energy needs. We provide you with comprehensive advice on the possibilities and advantages of a solar energy system.
Design phase: Based on the needs analysis, we create a customised design for your solar energy system. This includes technical planning and layout proposals.
Cost estimate and quotation: We create a transparent cost estimate for the project and provide you with a detailed quotation that includes all relevant aspects such as cost scope and respective services.
Clarification of questions and adjustments: We are available to you throughout the process to clarify any open questions and make any adjustments to the quote.
These initial steps allow us to work with you to create a solid basis for a successful collaboration and ensure that your project meets your expectations before we finalise the contract.
How does the process from planning to realisation of a solar system work?
The process of planning and implementing your solar installation at Ampere Dynamic involves several steps.
1. free initial consultation: We offer a free initial consultation to understand your needs and assess the suitability of your roof for a solar installation.
2. site analysis and planning: Based on the initial consultation, we carry out a detailed site analysis to determine the optimal size, orientation and positioning of the solar modules on your roof.
3. quotation and cost estimate: Based on the site analysis, we prepare a transparent quotation that includes all costs and services. We explain all the details and are available to answer any questions you may have.
4. authorisation procedure: We support you with all building law and official authorisation procedures required for the installation of your solar system.
5. installation and construction: Once the authorisation has been obtained, our experienced team will install your solar system to the highest quality standards.
6. commissioning and acceptance: Once the installation is complete, we commission your solar system. We carry out tests to ensure that everything is working properly and explain how to use and maintain your system.
7. service and operation: We offer you regular maintenance and service to ensure the optimum performance of your system and to recognise and rectify any problems at an early stage.
Will our operations be restricted during the installation of the photovoltaic system?
No, your business will not be restricted during the installation of the photovoltaic system. Ampere Dynamic ensures that the installation work is carried out in such a way that your operations can continue uninterrupted.
We plan the installation work carefully and coordinate the schedule closely with you to ensure that your operational processes are not impaired.
How long will it take to complete the construction?
The duration of the construction of your photovoltaic system depends on various factors. The size of the system, the complexity of the project and the weather conditions all play a role. On average, the construction of your power plant can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. During the project development phase, we draw up a detailed schedule with the various phases of the installation, which is discussed with our customers prior to construction.
Financing
How much will it cost me to install a solar system on my roof?
The cost of your solar system depends on several factors, such as the size of the system, the type of solar modules used, the complexity of the installation and the specific requirements of the project. In general, the costs can be broken down as follows:
Planning and consulting: Costs for site analysis, consulting and planning.
Material costs: Costs for solar modules, inverters, mounting systems and cabling.
Installation: Labour costs for mounting and electrical installation.
Authorisations and administration: Costs for official authorisations and administration.
Commissioning and maintenance: Costs for commissioning and long-term maintenance of the system.
However, costs may vary depending on the specific circumstances and requirements of your project. Ampere Dynamic will provide you with a detailed cost estimate following a customised analysis of your project to give you a clear idea of the investment costs and find the best solution for your needs.
How do I finance my solar installation?
There are various ways to organise the financing of your solar installation. We will help you to find the best financing option for you. You can view the most common financing models under the Financing tab.
What subsidies are available for solar energy systems in Switzerland?
In Switzerland, there are various subsidy options for solar installations offered by the federal government, cantons and municipalities. To make the process easier for you, we take care of entering the subsidy process for you from A-Z so that you can continue to focus on your core business.
You can find more detailed information under the Subsidies & Market tab.
Shouldn’t I wait a little longer, as additional subsidies will be added and the prices for solar systems will fall?
Whether you should wait to install a solar energy system depends on several factors:
Current subsidies: There are currently attractive subsidies available that can help you reduce investment costs. However, it is uncertain whether future subsidies will be more favourable. The existing programmes already offer good financial support.
Price development: The prices for solar systems have fallen continuously in recent years. However, there is no guarantee that this trend will continue at the same rate. Technological advances could lead to further price reductions, but also to stabilisation or slight increases.
Energy costs: If you invest in a solar energy system now, you can benefit immediately from the savings in energy costs. The sooner you install your system, the quicker it will pay for itself through the energy cost savings and potential feed-in tariffs.
Environmental benefits: Any delay also means that you are dependent on conventional energy sources for longer. Your contribution to reducing CO2 emissions and promoting renewable energies can begin immediately if you decide in favour of a solar energy system now.
