Our mission is to provide sustainable and innovative solutions in the energy sector that have a positive impact on society and the environment. We see ourselves as part of a larger system of people, values, other organisations and nature. All our employees are agile decision-makers: inside. It is therefore in our DNA to create a corporate culture that supports CSR values and principles.
Our principles
Our goal is to establish a comprehensive sustainability strategy, including a management system, by 2030. We already respect the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We have formulated our guiding principles to complement these.
Ecological responsibility
We promote sustainability through resource efficiency, environmentally friendly mobility and regional suppliers. Waste avoidance, recycling and optimised production processes increase resource efficiency. Employees are encouraged to use public transport, bicycles and work from home to reduce emissions and improve their work-life balance. Regional suppliers strengthen the local economy and support jobs.
Social responsibility
We are committed to fair working conditions, diversity, equality and a safe, healthy working environment. Flexible working models and a culture of trust promote openness and innovation. Our commitment to ‘New Work’ supports self-determination and modern ways of working. Family and friends are always welcome to strengthen the social environment of our employees.
Ethics and compliance
Our actions are characterised by transparency and integrity. We respect data protection guidelines and promote fair, transparent business practices. We expect our suppliers and partners to comply with our ethical standards, including fair working conditions, environmental protection and ethical business practices. We also invest heavily in product safety to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.
More than just a promise.
We have integrated responsibility into our processes and it forms the basis of our actions.
By anchoring sustainability and social responsibility in our corporate culture, steering management decisions through fixed guidelines and decision-making aids and setting up continuous training, feedback mechanisms and a monitoring system, we ensure that we consistently pursue and adapt our sustainability goals.
