3. General Principles

3.1 What Data Do We Collect and From Whom?

We primarily process personal data that you provide to us or that we collect when you use our website. We may also receive personal data about you from third parties. These may include the following categories:

  • Personal master data (name, address, date of birth, etc.)
  • Contact details (mobile number, email address, etc.)
  • Financial data (e.g. account details)
  • Online identifiers (e.g. cookie identifiers, IP addresses)
  • Location and traffic data
  • Audio and video recordings

3.2 Under What Conditions Do We Process Your Data?

We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We ensure transparent and proportionate processing. If we are exceptionally unable to comply with these principles, data processing may still be lawful because there is a justification. Justifications include:

  • Your consent
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures
  • Our legitimate interests, provided your interests do not override them
  • Compliance with legal obligations or laws

If you have given us consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, we process your data within the scope of this consent, unless we have another justification. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@ampere-dynamic.ch. You can also change your cookie choice at any time via the cookie banner on our website.

What the cookie banner does: it is a notice, not prior consent. Measurement by Google Analytics and Google signals starts when the page loads and continues regardless of your choice in the banner. Selecting «Decline» ends measurement by HubSpot Analytics; the cookie __hs_opt_out is then stored to record your decision. You can object to measurement by Google via the ad settings of your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com or via the browser plug-in linked in section 4.3. Measured in a real browser on 01.09.2026.

3.4 When Can We Pass On Your Data to Third Parties?

a. General

We may need to use the services of third parties or affiliated companies and commission them to process your data (so-called processors). Categories of recipients include:

  • Accounting, fiduciary and audit companies
  • Consulting firms (legal advice, tax, etc.)
  • IT service providers (web hosting, support, cloud services, website design, etc.)
  • Payment service providers
  • Providers of tracking, conversion and advertising services

We ensure that these third parties and our affiliated companies comply with data protection requirements and treat your personal data confidentially. We may also be obliged to disclose your personal data to authorities.

b. Visiting Our Social Media Channels

We may have embedded links to our social media channels on our website. This is visible to you (typically via corresponding icons). If you click on the icons, you will be redirected to our social media channels. The social media providers learn that you are accessing their platform from our website. They can use the data collected in this way for their own purposes. We would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the operators.

c. Transfer Abroad

Personal data may be transferred to companies abroad as part of order processing. These companies are obliged to comply with data protection to the same extent as we are. The transfer can take place worldwide. If the level of data protection does not correspond to that of Switzerland, we carry out a prior risk assessment and ensure contractually that the same protection as in Switzerland is guaranteed (e.g. by means of the new standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or other legally prescribed measures). If our risk assessment is negative, we take additional technical measures to protect your data. 3.5 How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We only store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the individual purposes for which the data was collected. Data that we store when you visit our website is retained for twelve months. An exception applies to analysis and tracking data, which may be retained for longer. We store contract data for longer as we are obliged to do so by legal regulations. In particular, we must retain business communications, concluded contracts and accounting documents for up to 10 years. Insofar as we no longer require such data from you to provide the services, the data is blocked and we only use it for accounting and tax purposes.

3.6 How Do We Protect Your Data?

We will store your data securely and take all reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, access, misuse or alteration. Our contractual partners and employees who have access to your data are obliged to comply with data protection regulations. In some cases, it will be necessary for us to forward your requests to affiliated companies. In these cases too, your data will be treated confidentially. Within our website, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser.

3.7 What Rights Do You Have?

a. Right of Access

You can request information about the data we store about you at any time. Please send your request for information together with proof of identity to info@ampere-dynamic.ch. You also have the right to receive your data in a common file format if we process your data automatically and if:

  • You have given your consent to the processing of this data; or
  • You have disclosed data in connection with the conclusion or execution of a contract

We may restrict or refuse to provide information or data if this conflicts with our legal obligations, legitimate own or public interests or the interests of a third party. Processing your request is subject to the statutory processing period of 30 days. However, we may extend this period due to high request volume, legal or technical reasons or because we require further information from you. You will be informed of the extension of the deadline in good time, at least in text form.

b. Deletion and Correction

You can request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. We may reject the request if legal regulations oblige us to retain the data for a longer period or unchanged, or if grounds for permission oppose your request. Please note that the exercise of your rights may conflict with contractual agreements and have corresponding effects on contract performance (e.g. early termination of contract or cost consequences).

If you are affected by the processing of personal data, you have the right to enforce your rights in court or to file a report with the competent supervisory authority. 4. Individual Data Processing Operations

4.1 Providing the Website and Creating Log Files

What Information Do We Receive and How Do We Use It?

By visiting https://ampere-dynamic.ch/, certain data is automatically stored on our servers or on servers of services and products that we purchase and/or have installed for system administration, statistical or security purposes or for tracking purposes. This data includes:

  • The name of your internet service provider
  • Your IP address (possibly)
  • The version of your browser software
  • The operating system of the computer used to access the URL
  • The date and time of access
  • The website from which you visit the URL
  • The search terms you used to find the URL

Why Are We Allowed to Process This Data?

This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and no merging of this data with other data sources takes place. Log files are stored to guarantee the functionality of the website and to ensure the security of our IT systems. This is our legitimate interest.

How Can You Prevent Data Collection?

The data is only stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Accordingly, the data is deleted after the end of each session. The storage of log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website, so you have no way to object to this.

4.2 HubSpot

Our website uses HubSpot, a service provided by HubSpot Inc., via the hosts js.hs-scripts.com, js.hs-analytics.net, js.hs-banner.com and static.hsappstatic.net, for various marketing and sales activities. The cookie banner on our website is also delivered via js.hs-banner.com. HubSpot is an integrated software solution that we use for our inbound marketing activities, lead generation, email marketing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and the management of contact forms. When you visit our website or interact with us via the forms provided on our website, certain information about your visit is collected and stored. This includes your IP address, the date and duration of your visit, the pages you visited and information about the browser and operating system you use. In addition, when you contact us via a form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address) is stored. HubSpot uses cookies to analyse the behaviour of visitors to our website. This helps us to improve the user experience on our website and make our marketing activities more effective. The information collected by HubSpot helps us to better tailor our marketing and sales activities to the needs of our visitors and customers, maintain and optimise our customer relationships and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Data processing is carried out securely and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. HubSpot is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield and undertakes to comply with all data protection requirements applicable in the European Union (EU).

Besides the hosts named above, your browser contacts further HubSpot servers. A tracking pixel from track.hubspot.com loads on every page. On the contact page, the form and the appointment booking widget are added: the booking flow is embedded as a frame from meetings.hubspot.com and app.hubspot.com, images and files come from api.hubspot.com and 7956696.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net, and the widgets report software errors to exceptions.hubspot.com and usage metrics to metrics-fe-na1.hubspot.com. This transmits your IP address, details about your browser and operating system, and the page you called up. These hosts were measured in a real browser on 01.09.2026.

4.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). Google Analytics is integrated via Google Tag Manager (see the following section). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses: your IP address is used to derive coarse location information and is then discarded. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use and internet use to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Google Analytics property we use additionally has Google signals and the Google Ads link enabled. As a result, your browser transmits further data to the domains stats.g.doubleclick.net and google.ch on every page view. Google can assign this data to the accounts of signed-in Google users, combine it across devices, and use it to build audiences and for interest-based advertising (remarketing). You can object to personalised advertising in the ad settings of your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com.

4.4 Google Tag Manager

For the management of website tags via an interface, we use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). Google Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not process any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager. By using Google Tag Manager, scripts (so-called tags) can be automatically activated on our website and data can be transmitted from your browser to Google. This data may include information about your IP address, the browser you use, the subpages of our website visited and other interactions during your website visit.

4.5 HubSpot Analytics

Our website uses HubSpot Analytics, a web analytics service provided by HubSpot Inc. This service helps us understand and analyse the behaviour and interactions of our visitors on the website to continuously improve user experience and the effectiveness of our content. When using our website, HubSpot Analytics collects various data, including your IP address, geographic location data, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date, time and duration of your visit, and the pages you visited. This data is used to create aggregated statistics about the use of our website and to give us insights into the behaviour of our visitors. HubSpot Analytics uses cookies to recognise visitors to our website and to collect information about the use of the website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The data collected by HubSpot Analytics enables us to better understand the preferences and interests of our visitors, optimise our content and offerings and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing measures. If you do not want HubSpot Analytics to collect data about your visit, you can deactivate the use of cookies in your browser settings or use appropriate browser extensions.

4.6 YouTube

On our website, videos from YouTube, a platform operated by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”), are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode via the youtube-nocookie.com domain; in this mode, according to YouTube, cookies are only placed on your device once you start playing a video. The player is loaded as soon as the page is opened, not only when the play button is clicked. In the process, data including your IP address and information about the browser you use is transmitted to Google servers and stored there; alongside youtube-nocookie.com, the hosts i.ytimg.com and www.google.com are contacted as well. This data is used to provide the video, monitor performance and improve user experience. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

When you call up a page with an embedded video, your browser additionally contacts yt3.ggpht.com for channel images and preview graphics, and www.gstatic.com and jnn-pa.googleapis.com for player resources and metrics. Here too, your IP address and details about your browser are transmitted to Google. These hosts were measured in a real browser on 01.09.2026.

4.7 Map Display (MapLibre GL, OpenFreeMap)

On the homepage and in the references overview we show an interactive map of our projects. The map is rendered with the open source library MapLibre GL, which we serve together with its stylesheet from our own servers. The map tiles come from the OpenFreeMap service (tiles.openfreemap.org).

The map does not load automatically. Only when you open it via the “Show all projects on the map” button does your browser establish a connection to OpenFreeMap’s servers, transmitting data, in particular your IP address, information about the browser you use and the map section requested. OpenFreeMap receives this data in order to deliver the requested map tiles. We use the map on the basis of our legitimate interest in presenting our reference projects clearly.

Operator of the map service: OpenFreeMap is run by Zsolt Ero as a private individual, not by a company. No commercial register entry and no business address are published; the provider gives zsolt@openfreemap.org as the contact.

4.8 Elfsight

On our news page we embed a widget from the provider Elfsight that displays posts from our LinkedIn channel. To do so, your browser loads content from several Elfsight servers, namely static.elfsight.com, core.service.elfsight.com, widget-data.service.elfsight.com, universe-static.elfsightcdn.com and phosphor.utils.elfsightcdn.com. In the process, data is transmitted, in particular your IP address, information about the browser you use and the page you accessed. Elfsight sets the cookie _cfuvid and may use further comparable technologies to ensure the widget displays correctly and to evaluate its use.

The widget also loads fonts of its own accord via the Google Fonts API (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). On this page your browser therefore connects to servers of Google LLC, transmitting your IP address and details about your browser. No such connection occurs on our other pages, because we serve our fonts ourselves.

4.9 join.com

On our careers page we embed a job listings widget from the recruiting service join.com, which displays our open positions. When you open the page, your browser loads content from the hosts join.com, widget.join.com and cdn.join.com, transmitting data, in particular your IP address and information about the browser you use. If you follow one of the listed positions and apply, you leave our website; the subsequent processing of your application data is governed by join.com’s privacy policy, and the applications are made available to us.
