Solar Subsidies Switzerland
GREIV, cantonal funding and one-time subsidies for your PV installation from 100 kWp — we secure the maximum subsidy volume and manage the process through to payout.
Solar subsidies in Switzerland — secure every entitlement
Most industrial companies capture less than 60% of the subsidies they are entitled to. Application deadlines, bonus structures and cantonal programmes are not coordinated — and money is left on the table. When correctly combined, the GREIV federal subsidy plus bonus structure plus cantonal surcharge for a 500 kWp installation often totals CHF 200’000–400’000 in one-time payments.
Ampere Dynamic takes over complete subsidy coordination — from the Pronovo pre-registration before construction through cantonal applications to payment follow-up. You focus on your core business; we focus on your subsidy volume.
Federal level: GREIV and bonus structure
Since the Mantelerlass (68.7% referendum approval, June 2024, in force January 2025), the GREIV (Grosse Einmalvergütung) via Pronovo AG is the primary instrument for installations from 100 kWp to 50 MWp. Three bonus structures increase payments substantially: integration bonus (+400 CHF/kW) for BIPV, attachment bonus (+200 CHF/kW), and parking canopy bonus (+250 CHF/kW). From January 2026, the Winterstrombonus rewards installations producing over 500 kWh/kW during the winter half-year.
Cantonal level: stackable surcharges
Lucerne pays approximately 20% surcharge on the federal EIV. Graubunden offers CHF 300/kWp for facade and vertical installations. Basel-Stadt funds up to CHF 140/m2 for facade PV under its Solaroffensive programme. We systematically review all programmes via energiefranken.ch.
