Professional operations for maximum system availability

Every hour of unplanned downtime costs you money — and jeopardises the amortisation plan for your investment. Professional operations management is therefore not an optional add-on, but an integral component of every economically viable energy project.

Ampere Dynamic manages over 100 installations with a cumulative 50 MWp of installed solar capacity in Switzerland. Our AD Service Desk responds to critical fault reports within 2 working days — with a concrete recommendation for action, not just an acknowledgement of receipt.

Our service packages

Three packages cover the full range of support requirements — from digital baseline monitoring to premium comprehensive service. All packages include continuous remote monitoring and monthly performance checks; Plus and Prime extend this with physical inspections and documented condition reports.

Ampere Solar Basic — Remote monitoring and performance checks: We capture critical fault reports from the manufacturer’s monitoring system, check system performance monthly, and deliver a clear recommendation for action whenever anomalies arise.

Ampere Solar Plus — Everything from Basic plus an annual on-site inspection: Visual inspection of module surfaces and inverters, checking of external cabling and the AC disconnect switch, and a written condition report with prioritised maintenance recommendations.

Ampere Solar Prime — Everything from Plus plus comprehensive service: A structured maintenance schedule with planned service intervals, and drone inspection (optionally with thermography) for pinpoint fault detection without the need to access the roof.

Which package suits your system is something we are happy to clarify in a no-obligation consultation.

How we secure your operations

Our operations management process

Inventory and monitoring setup

At the start of the contract we record all technical parameters of your system and configure monitoring within the AD Service Desk. You receive a dedicated point of contact.

  • Technical system inventory and documentation
  • Integration into the AD monitoring dashboard
  • Definition of individual alert thresholds

Continuous remote monitoring and reporting

We check system performance and fault reports every month. Critical incidents are escalated within 2 working days — with a concrete recommendation for action.

  • Automatic fault report capture around the clock
  • Monthly performance report with benchmark comparison
  • Proactive escalation for critical deviations

On-site maintenance and inspection (Plus/Prime)

Once a year our technicians visit your installation, inspect components visually, and produce a condition report with prioritised maintenance recommendations.

  • Visual inspection of module surfaces and inverters
  • Measurement and documentation of system condition
  • Written report with specific action recommendations

Proactive optimisation and expansion

Systems age and your energy requirements evolve. We proactively identify optimisation potential — whether cleaning, repowering, or expanding with storage or charging infrastructure.

  • Annual economic viability assessment
  • Recommendations for repowering or system expansion
  • Seamless coordination with our engineering teams

Add-on modules and individual services

For installations with battery storage, the Storage Plus module complements the service contract: we check connections and software, apply updates, and test the emergency power function — ensuring your storage system operates safely and efficiently.

The eMobility Plus module covers your charging infrastructure: inspection of charging points, measurement of charging output, software updates, and comprehensive documentation. The importance of reliable charging infrastructure at an industrial scale is demonstrated by our reference project Hugelshofer Services AG (1’001 kWp, Europe’s largest e-truck charging park).

Available without a subscription commitment are drone inspections (with or without thermography), professional module cleaning after pollen or dust build-up, and green roof maintenance around the PV installation.
