Electrical Development of an Entire Site

Since 1965, COTRA Autotransport AG has been a leading provider of innovative solutions and services related to vehicle logistics and vehicle transport. Every second vehicle imported into Switzerland passes through their yard. With the installed photovoltaic system, which has an annual capacity of 634 kWp, the existing transformer capacity could be fully utilised and the site in Studen near Biel could be completely redeveloped electrically. The solar power plant spans three building roofs totalling 5,400 square metres.
