Project Development and Owner's Representative Charging Park Müntschemier

Building on the target grid planning prepared for the location, Ampere Dynamic accompanies the client during project development and acts as owner’s representative during implementation of the Schwab-Guillod AG charging park.

The project development includes in particular layout planning, communication and earthing concepts as well as component selection for the charging park.

In the role of owner’s representative, Ampere Dynamic assumes proper representation of Schwab-Guillod AG towards all planners, suppliers and executing companies.

The tasks include:

• Consulting and support in the evaluation and implementation of charging infrastructure and EMS

• Planning tasks in project development

• Coordination between client, subcontractors and involved specialist planners

• Liaison with authorities and offices as well as ensuring approval processes

• Support with work allocation and tenders

• Control of deadlines, quality and costs

• Organisation and monitoring of inspections and handovers
